Our View of the Project

We have visited Vicky’s Place in Windhoek near the Former Settlements (Townships). We love her vision of helping mothers and their children by taking their children for a couple of hours while they go to work or look for firewood, etc. Vicky is a strong woman with a vision to help her community. She has a heart for that vision and ideas to help start sustainable projects such as a garden and raising chicken and give that knowledge to the children that would attend the kindergarten.

She has shown passion about what she wants to establish and has already started to take children into her own home. Nonetheless, she is in need of some financial support to get the bigger building safe and running. She is also in need of someone who would support her on a monthly basis.
